How to use with Excel (3 steps)

Copy your sheet (including the header row), paste it in Step 1 above, draft a message in Step 2, add the fields, and boom – one WhatsApp message per customer.

Prepare your sheet

Keep the first row as headings like Name, Phone, OrderId, Status, ShippingId. Every row below it is one customer.

Copy & paste

Select the whole table in Excel/Sheets, press Ctrl + C (or Cmd + C), and paste into “1. Paste Data (Excel/CSV)”.

Draft your message

Click the small green header buttons (like + Name, + OrderId) to insert {{Name}} style fields in your message, then hit Generate Custom Messages.

Yes. Link2Lead runs entirely in your browser. We do not upload your Excel files or customer data to any server. Everything stays on your device, giving you 100% privacy for customer lists and amounts.

  1. The first row of your sheet becomes the field name (for example: Name, Phone, Amount, DueDate).
  2. When you click a green header button, we insert {{Header}} into your message.
  3. For every row, we replace {{Name}}, {{Amount}} etc. with that row's values and build one WhatsApp link per customer.

We first look for any header that contains Phone, Mobile or Number. If nothing is found, we pick the first column that looks like a 10-digit Indian number. You can keep your own custom columns like OrderId, Status, DueDate freely.

Yes. If you include the full country code (like +1 555 123 4567 or 447123456789) we will use it as-is. If we see a plain 10-digit number, we assume it's India (+91).
